"Pipemakers import, manufacture and distribute PVC pipes and components. Our product is lightweight but generally bulky and wide. Our previous machine was a higher capacity forklift with fixed wide carriage, and was larger than we needed. ITS Forklifts have improved our pipe handling with a more compact TCM forklift coupled to a hydraulically operated Wide Opening Fork Positioner attachment. The fork positioner can open out to balance our wide loads as well as reducing the fork spread to handle standard pallets, all from the comfort of the driver’s seat. Being more maneuverable, the TCM is more efficient and saves us money as the smaller capacity forklift is less expensive to run.
